How inclusion of people with disabilities works in SMEs – learning resources for job placement and employment

EU-Project Be Inclusive

How can the participation of people with disabilities in working life be improved?

A central key to this is that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are willing and able to employ people with disabilities. The Be inclusive! project develops learning videos in the sense of microlearning that exemplify various aspects of the inclusion of people with disabilities in a company. The project involves people with disabilities and builds inclusive project management according to the principles of accessibility and participation.
